Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy

Due to the handmade nature of our Bandhani products and thorough quality checks conducted prior to dispatch, MINA BANDHANI (Mina Bandhej) enforces a strict policy regarding cancellations, returns, and refunds.

1. Cancellation Policy
* Timeframe: Orders can be cancelled strictly within 6 hours of placing the order.
* Process: Cancellation requests must be submitted within this 6-hour window.
* Post-Processing: Once the order has been processed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

2. Exchange Policy
* We currently do not offer exchanges on any products once sold. Please review product details carefully before placing your order.

3. Return Eligibility
We follow a strict No Return Policy under normal circumstances.
* Eligible Condition: Returns are accepted ONLY if the product received is damaged during transit or delivery.
* Non-Eligible Conditions: Returns will absolutely NOT be accepted for color differences due to screens, personal dislike, incorrect selection by the customer, or minor natural irregularities typical of handmade items.

4. Return Request Process & Timeframe
* Timeline: Customers must raise a return request within 24 hours of receiving the order. Requests raised after 24 hours will not be considered.
* Mandatory Unboxing Video: You must provide a clear, uninterrupted unboxing video recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened. It must clearly show the sealed packaging, the opening process, and the damaged product. Requests without this valid video will be rejected.
* Condition of Item: If approved, the returned product must be shipped back to us unused, unwashed, in its original packaging, and with all original tags intact.

5. Refund & Replacement Timelines
Upon receiving and verifying the returned product at our facility:
* Replacement Timeline: If a replacement is approved, the replacement product will be dispatched within 24 hours and delivered to you within 5 to 8 working days.
* Refund Timeline: If a refund is approved instead of a replacement, the refund amount will be processed and credited back to your original mode of payment within 5 working days from the date of successful verification.
