1. Shipping Charges
We offer shipping across India under the following terms:
* Free Shipping is available on all prepaid orders above ₹1000.
* A flat shipping charge of ₹100 will be strictly applicable on orders below ₹1000.

2. Order Processing & Dispatch
* All confirmed prepaid orders are processed and dispatched within 24 working hours.
* Orders are processed only on working days. We do not dispatch orders on Sundays, National Holidays, or Public Holidays. Orders placed during weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Delivery Timeline
* Once dispatched, orders are usually delivered within 5 to 8 working days across India.
* Note: Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, courier service issues, or unforeseen disruptions beyond our control.

4. Important Unboxing Guidelines
To protect yourself against transit damage, you must strictly follow these rules upon delivery:
* Check the outer packaging. If the package appears open, torn, or tampered with, do not accept the parcel.
* If you accept the parcel, you must record a clear, uninterrupted video while receiving and opening the parcel. The video must start before opening the sealed outer packaging. This video is mandatory for any missing or damage claims.
